Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and all debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, royal mail or over the Internet.

How to order:
You can order you new product in a variety of ways to suit you:

Fill in the secure on-line form with your credit/debit card details (no charge will be made to your card until the product is delivered).
Fill in the contact form with an outline of the product that you would like and we will fill in the form for you.
Fill in the contact from requesting a call back from us.

Payments:
We will ask you for a 20% deposit upon placing your order or you can pay in full if you prefer. Then the balance must be paid before or on delivery.

You can pay by credit or debit card, cheque, cash or we can organise a bank transfer for you. Your final payment can be made to the delivery person if you are opting for a "gold delivery". For silver and bronze deliveries, payments must be made two days prior to you taking receipt of the goods.All items below £250 must be paid in full upon order.

We cannot offer payment terms.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect you in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling We truly believe that you will not find the same products anywhere in the U.K. at better prices. However we have devised a system, which will enable you to save even more money by selecting a delivery package that suits you.
We can normally get products to you within 5 working days but can achieve this quicker if required -please ask us and we will do our best!

Gold Delivery - included in the price!

All of our major products include a "Gold Delivery" This means that your new product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the product and show you how to use it including storage and charging where required. He or she will make sure that you are entirely comfortable with your product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them!

Silver Delivery - Deduct £50 from the advertised price!! (Please ring to complete this type of order)

If you are happy with your choice of product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can save a few pounds and opt for a "silver delivery". With a silver delivery, you will still have the product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!

Please note that many of our smaller and lightweight products such as wheelchairs, walkers and accessories are all delivered with a "silver delivery" in order to keep our prices as low as possible.

Bronze Delivery - Deduct £75 from advertised price!!! (Please ring to complete this type of order)

In order to achieve the lowest possible price available, you can take up our "bronze delivery". You can pick up the item yourself from one of our distribution depots if you have one within driving distance from your home.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days . International orders are generally received in under 15 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Almost all of the products on this site will be exempt of any VAT when purchased by, or for, an individual who will be using the product to aid their comfort or mobility. We will simply record the product purchased and the condition from which you suffer, at the time of purchase.This information will be made available to the VAT office should they request but not to any other persons.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee All of our products have at least twelve months warranty from date of delivery. We will undertake the repair or exchange of any item, which is deemed to be faulty.Call out to your home is free for the first year.Any instances that are deemed to be user misuse will be charged on an individual basis.For complete peace of mind, you can extend your warranty for up to three years so that you never have to worry about repair bills.
