We truly believe that you will not find the same products anywhere in the UK at better prices. As part of our commitment to bring you the lowest prices possible, we have all of our products priced for a courier delivery. However, should you want your product delivering personally by one of our staff, you can select the “accompanied delivery” in the check out process.
We can normally get products to you within 5 working days but can achieve this quicker if required - please ask us and we will do our best!
Accompanied Delivery
All of our major products are available with an "Accompanied Delivery". This means that your new product will be delivered to your door and assembled. The delivery person will go through the operations of the product and show you how to use it including storage and charging where required. He or she will make sure that you are entirely comfortable with your product before they leave and they will even take the packaging away with them!
Standard Delivery – Included in the price!!
If you are happy with your choice of product and don't feel that you need someone to go through it all with you, you can opt for a "standard delivery". With a standard delivery you will still have the product delivered to your door but it will be sent by one of our professional carriers. You will need to be able to un-box the product yourself and dispose of the packaging. Don't forget, we are always available on the telephone to help if you get stuck!
Please note that there could be additional charges for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and non mainland addresses.
